Everyone will agree, the service levels given by some of South Africa’s Hajj & Umrah agents leave much to be desired, however there are many operators who take their Deen seriously and strive to offer exceptional value for money, top drawer service and honest that can only be found in Islam.
I’d like to hear from hajjee’s from recent years to add a short comment on their hajj experience as well as a short review about their travel agent.
