Nothing graphic or out of the ordinary.   Its just a friendly competition going on in the Ummah.com web forums.  A bunch of website owners are competing with MuslimSweety as their keyword.

Three weeks from now we’ll type Muslimsweety into Googles search engine and see who’s website shows up first.    No prizes or awards, just a little friendly competition in the path of Allah.
